How long does shipping take for my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your tea is on its way.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
