  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage to delicate tea leaves or fragile teaware during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
